Sleeping Arrangements:

• Bedroom 1: King bed with private en-suite

• Bedroom 2: Double bed

• Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with single pull-out trundle

• Living Room: Queen sofa bed (please notify us before your stay if you intend to use it so linen can be provided)

Guest Access:

Access is simple and secure. The key is stored in a lockbox at the property. The code will be sent to your booking email at 2pm on the day of arrival. Please ensure you check your spam or junk folders for this and other important booking information.

Good to Know:

• Full linen is provided (please bring your own beach/pool towels and any pet bedding)

• Up to 2 pets allowed – prior approval required for more

• Pets must stay off all furniture and bedding

• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets in the garden (charges may apply if not followed)

• The spa and pool are heated year-round, but water temperature in winter may vary depending on weather conditions

• No parties, no Schoolies, no groups under 25, no Hens or Bucks parties, and strictly no smoking

• Australian photo ID or passport is required for online check-in before lockbox code release
