Cape Escape

Tastefully renovated with amazing views over the reserve, Cape Escape is furnished to perfection with a relaxed, contemporary vibe. Sleeping up to 9 guests this house is the ideal escape for large or multiple families. With a central location in Cape Paterson, 5 minute walk to the incredible bay beach, main beach, rock pools, surf beach (dog friendly beach), 900 meters to the famous Cape Tavern (considered the best restaurant in the Wonthaggi/Cape region) and a lovely 5 minute stroll to the Cape Paterson Life Saving Club.

The back gate opens to a vast array of walking tracks leading to the beach and the Cape Paterson Eco-Village with an award winning community garden, fenced-in dog agility park and an explorative kids adventure playground 250 meters away. This property sleeps 9 guests only. The house is 2 stories with the kitchen area upstairs overlooking beautiful rural views.

The bedrooms are downstairs with 3 good sized bedrooms with a spilt system AC on both floors, 1 family bathroom and a separate studio king bedroom in a renovated garage. The house also featured 2 livings areas and an enclosed pet friendly garden with parking for 2 cars.

Heating/cooling AC on both floors and two large Tv’s. Please note linen is not provided and you will need to bring bedding for 2 king beds, 1 queen, 1 double and 1 single. Please ask if you prefer to hire linen, we even make up the beds ready for your arrival.

Please keep in mind that our terms and conditions must be agreed upon booking this house. We do not allow parties, schoolies, groups under 25 years, or hens/bucks parties. Smoking is also not permitted. We require Australian photo ID or passport for our online check-in process to release the lock box code.
